2. Do you sell direct to dealers or only through distributors?
We support both direct and distribution-based relationships depending on account type, geography, and strategic fit. We can advise the best route after reviewing your account profile.
3. What information do you need to open an account?

4. Do you have minimum opening orders or reorder minimums?
Please contact us for current minimums by account type. These can vary by program, season.
5. Do you offer net terms?
Established accounts may qualify for payment terms subject to credit approval. New accounts may begin on prepaid or credit card terms, then move to net terms after review. This is common in the category and consistent with dealer programs at peer brands.

8. Do you support prebooks or preseason commitments?
Yes, for some channels and programs we support advance planning/prebook activity, especially for larger seasonal accounts. We typically have aa pre-season booking program that will call for next seasons bookings in the previous season September to October months.
9. Do you reserve inventory for accounts?
Allocation may occur during seasonal programs, launches, or constrained supply periods. We review commitments, order timing, and strategic priority before making allocation decisions.

10. Can I place a custom order or special-order service parts?

2) Product availability and inventory status
11. Is this item in stock right now?
We can check current availability and confirm whether the item is available to ship, low stock, backordered, or incoming. Availability can change quickly during peak season.
12. When will an out-of-stock item be available again?
We can provide the current estimated replenishment timing, but it remains an estimate until inventory is manufactured, assembly received and allocated.

15. Are backorders allowed?

29. What if my shipment is delayed in transit?
